Marston Green Blog

The next time you're passing through the delightful Birmingham suburb of Marston Green, the Zimmerposse can wholeheartedly endorse its eponymous Tavern. It has everything you want from a pub, namely.
  • Well kept, cheap beer
  • Friendly efficient service
  • Bowls of chips at £1 a shot
  • Plenty of seating
  • A continental sun terrace
  • Interesting locals
  • Branded condiments

The beer garden is unsurpassed as the finest sun trap in, ooh, at least a 200 yard radius. We could actually watch the intense heat melting the gel in Northfield Boy's hair as we sat and drank.

I should hope so, Snip. It's just gagging for a summer evening Posse visitation.

Back to the MGT; I misread the list item as brandied condiments - I'm sure they'd go down nicely if they could do us some.
